I know someone who wants a priesthood blessing almost everyday. Is this appropriate?

We all have the right the ask for a blessing if we think we need it. I would say it is not our place to determine if somebody else has a need for a blessing. People with a responsibility and stewardship over the individual, such as their father, or their bishop, would be the only ones that would potentially have to make that call. I generally say that if someone asks for a blessing, give it to them.
