Sarah’s Wisdom

by Vicente Cruz -

I have a friend… let’s call her Sarah… who is particularly wise. I decided to create a page with striking ideas (sometimes paraphrased) that I hear her say. I’ll throw in some of my own ideas too that are inspired by her kind of thinking.

  • There’s a big difference between administering and ministering. We need to understand that better in the church.
  • People who seek marriage because they think it will make life easier are people who don’t really understand marriage. Marriage is incredibly challenging and difficult. People should get married because they’re looking for fulfillment, the rich emotional blessings of family life, and opportunities to serve others. If your life gets easier after marriage, you probably aren’t putting enough into your relationship.
