The first thing to do is to investigate the legal consequences of conversion. In some countries, Muslim conversion to Christianity is punishable by death. If formally becoming a Christian would put your life in jeopardy, it may be best to study the teachings of Christ in private rather than officially converting to Christianity in public.
If you can safely convert, then I recommend studying more about Christianity. Islam of course teaches many beautiful and true things. Try to understand how these teachings could fit into a Christian context. Christianity shouldn't replace the good things you've learned about God in Islam. It should just add additional truths to what you already have.
