Joseph Smith was the first president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He received a message from God to restore Christ’s ancient church in modern times.

I have studied read and prayed about the prophet Joseph Smith and when I have read the first vision and the life about Joseph Smith the spirit of God has revealed to my heart that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God. I know that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God and I know that the Lord used Joseph Smith as a prophet to has revealedrestore the fullness of the gospel back to the earth. I know that Joseph Smith had a personel relationship with the Lord, just as we can have. The spirit of God has revealed to my heart and soul that Joseph Smith was a Christian who had a relationship with God and he read the scriptures faithfully. I praise the Lord that the Lord gave us a modern prophet to restore that which was originally lost.
