My oldest daughter was baptized a year ago. My 13-year-old daughter wants to be baptized too. If she has permission from me and my husband, can the thirteen-year-old be baptized? We don’t belong to your church.

Hi friend. Young people can't be baptized without the permission of their parents, but with your permission there shouldn't be any impediment.
