Hi Uriel. I'm happy you posted another question. As you likely know, missionaries can't date while they are serving their missions. Every once in a while an ex-missionary marries someone they met on their mission, but it's not very common.
Members of the church, especially the men, are encouraged to serve missions. Missions are challenging, of course, but they offer wonderful opportunities for spiritual growth. But no one is forced to serve a mission. Many members of the church, including many faithful members, never served full-time missions.
